Mobile Vending Truck Regular Maintenance Guide

To keep your mobile vending truck in reliable working condition, ensure food safety and extend the service life of all components, please follow this standardized maintenance schedule.

Daily Pre-Operation Check

Before starting any daily business route, complete these quick inspections:

  1. Confirm all food storage compartments maintain the required safe temperature range
  2. Verify no fluid leaks exist under the chassis, including engine oil, coolant and hydraulic fluid
  3. Test all lighting systems, turn signals and brake lights to meet local road safety requirements
  4. Ensure the vending service counter, display shelves and food contact surfaces are fully cleaned and sanitized

Weekly Maintenance Tasks

Every 7 days or after 6 consecutive working days:

  1. Inspect tire pressure and tread wear, adjust pressure to the vehicle specification value and tighten all wheel lug nuts to the recommended torque
  2. Clean the sliding rails of the service window and apply food-grade lubricant to prevent sticking during operation
  3. Check the battery terminal connections, remove any corrosion and confirm the electrolyte level is within the normal range
  4. Drain accumulated condensate from the refrigeration unit water tray to avoid bacterial growth and odor

Scheduled Periodic Service

  1. Every 5000 kilometers or 3 months: Replace engine oil and oil filter, perform a full vehicle diagnostic scan for hidden electronic faults
  2. Every 20000 kilometers: Replace air filter, fuel filter and brake fluid, inspect brake pad thickness and suspension component tightness
  3. Every 6 months: Conduct a comprehensive calibration for the on-board refrigeration system, verify the accuracy of temperature sensors and clean the condenser coil

All maintenance records should be kept complete and stored inside the vehicle, which will help reduce unexpected downtime and create a safer, more stable mobile sales environment for your daily business.
