Daily pre-operation inspection

Before embarking on any daily business route, complete these quick checks:

Every 7 days or after 6 consecutive working days:

50. Check tire pressure and tread wear, adjust pressure to vehicle specifications, and tighten all wheel nuts to recommended torque
50. Clean the service window slide rails and apply food-grade lubricant to prevent sticking during operation
50. Check battery terminal connections, remove any corrosion and confirm electrolyte level is within normal range
50. Drain condensation water that accumulates in the refrigeration unit water pan to avoid bacterial growth and odors

50. Every 5000 kilometers or 3 months: Change engine oil and oil filter, perform full vehicle diagnostic scan for hidden electronic faults
50. Every 20,000 kilometers: Replace air filter, fuel filter and brake fluid, check brake pad thickness and suspension component sealing
50. Every 6 months: Perform a full calibration of the on-board refrigeration system, verify temperature sensor accuracy and clean condenser coils
