Precautions for Sprinkler during Water Absorption Operation
Many people are probably familiar with sprinkler trucks. Whether it's summer or winter, sprinkler trucks can play a certain role. The normal work of sprinkler trucks is to sprinkle water, and water absorption operations need to be carried out before sprinkling. The sprinkler manufacturer reminds us to pay attention to some issues when conducting water absorption operations.
Precautions for Sprinkler during Water Absorption Operation
If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the suction point in advance to ensure that there are no impurities or air entering. The clean water pump requires that there should be no impurities in the water, while the turbid water pump requires that there should be no stones or a large amount of sediment in the water.
2. A certain amount of water must be added to the centrifugal water pump before each suction. When using a self priming again, it is not necessary to add water after adding water.
3. When absorbing water, the inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum, and the inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably to avoid air leakage.
4. Whether it is before absorbing water or spraying water, the power take-off device must be engaged during parking.
5. Before winter comes, the water pump and water pipe should be emptied.
As a functional vehicle, a sprinkler needs to be continuously used for a long time, so the maintenance work of the sprinkler is particularly important. Proper maintenance work of the sprinkler can prolong the service life of the vehicle, so it is important not to neglect the maintenance work.
